What will the proceeds from ticket sales be used for?
Funds raised will go to the support programs we offer free of charge to people affected across Quebec, and to the PERSPECTIVE project, which aims to ensure more rapid access to breast cancer screening in the province.
When will I receive my tickets?
Igloofest will e-mail your tickets to you directly 48 hours ahead of time. If you don’t see them, check your spam folder.
Where is the VIP Space, exactly?
The Flamingo Twilight VIP Space is in the Poppers and belairdirect sections.
When will I receive my income tax receipt?
You will receive it by e-mail no later than February 28, 2026.
Is parking included in the ticket price?

Is there a chance the event could be cancelled because of a storm or extreme cold?
