Peer support services and resources
Mutual support between people in similar situations has many benefits for those who benefit from it. It helps improve quality of life while breaking down isolation. Surrounding yourself with people who understand your reality helps you develop the personal resources you need to cope better with everyday challenges, by receiving advice and peer support.
You may find comfort in sharing your experiences with others who are also living with breast cancer. Our private discussion groups are friendly, respectful spaces where you can talk about breast cancer with people who are going through a similar experience to yours, and who understand you.

It’s a friendly place to talk, prepare and move forward.
This online support group, facilitated by a social worker, is designed for women like you: those who are preparing to return to work or who have just done so. For 7 weeks, at a rate of 1 meeting per week, you’ll be part of a small group (6 to 8 participants) where you can:

- Give new meaning to your professional life
Because going back to work is also about rediscovering a part of yourself.
By taking part in this group, you’ll have a moment to yourself, in a respectful, confidential environment, in French. Several cohorts are offered each year – find the one that’s right for you.
