Delivery<\/h4>\n \n\n

1. What is the delivery time?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please allow 3 to 10 business days* for delivery. We prepare the shipments twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you have any questions or need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at 1 877 990-7171. We will try to answer your request to the best of our ability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Delivery time depends on where we are shipping to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.\u00a0What are the delivery costs?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping is $15. Delivery is free if your purchase is over $75. You always have the option of picking up your purchases in person to avoid delivery charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Can I have my order delivered to a province other than Quebec?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Would you like to send your items to another province or country? Contact us at 1 877 990-7171 and we’ll assess the cost of shipping your package outside Quebec. We can then finalize your order together over the phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Is it possible to ship to someone else, an article that I have bought online on the Pink Shop?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes! When you are at the \u201cDelivery\u201d step of the purchase form, check the box \u201cShip to a different address\u201c. You will then be able to enter the name and address of the person to whom you wish to send the selected items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Do you offer a gift wrapping option before shipping an order?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not offer the possibility to gift wrap the items before shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n\n

You can pay your order with a credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or by PayPal. If you wish to use another payment method, please call us at 1 877 990-7171.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n \n\n\n
