You don&#8217;t have to go through this ordeal alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation offers <strong>free psychosocial support<\/strong> with a social worker, for people with breast cancer and their loved ones. Take advantage of human, caring support that&#8217;s fully adapted to your reality &#8211; whether you&#8217;re undergoing active treatment or in a post-treatment adaptation period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>safe, non-judgmental place<\/strong> to talk freely about what you&#8217;re going through: fears, doubts, grief\u2026 but also your strengths and hopes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Emotional support<\/strong> to help you better understand and cope with your feelings: anxiety, anger, sadness, emotional fatigue, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Personalized tools and strategies<\/strong> to help you regain balance in your daily life, your relationships and your relationship with yourself.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Help in navigating available resources<\/strong>, from administrative procedures to family and community support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Meetings can be in person, by telephone or videoconference &#8211; whatever works best for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Every journey is unique<\/strong>. We&#8217;re here to listen, accompany and support you, at your own pace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Just make an appointment.
